type of material is the E-Zzz Sleep Pillowcase made
from?
A. It is made of top-quality 100% Cotton Flannel which is easy to care for.

Q. How do I care for the pillowcase?
A. Care instructions listed below:
- Machine wash in cold water
- Do NOT use bleach
- Tumble dry, low temperature
- Remove promptly from dryer

Is the pillowcase easy to use?
A. Yes. Just stick your favorite (appropriately sized)
pillow in the pillowcase pocket and bring the flap partially
or totally over your head for the desired level of comfort
and security and to block out disturbing light or noise.

Q. Can
the flap still be effective without covering the face?
A. Yes. Because of the fullness, it can be arranged
over the crown of the head and then the remaining sides
can be tucked around the ears and neck, creating a shape
of a horseshoe. If the flap touches your face, just
"flick" it from the inside and create a little tent
away from your face.

the user breathe with the flap over their face?
A. Yes. The Flap is made of breathable 100% cotton flannel.

Q. Will
E-Zzz Sleep Pillowcase stay in place if the user tosses and turns?
A. If the user starts out with the Flap pulled down
over their head, it will most likely stay in place but
it might need to be arranged again. If they sleep on
their back and start out with the Flap tucked around
the ears and neck, it will not follow their movements.
It may take a night or two for the user to become familiar
with how the Flap will work best for them.

Q. What
if E-Zzz Sleep Pillowcase is found to be too warm?
A. If the weather is too warm, simply fold the Flap behind or underneath the pillow so it is out of the way - the comfort of the flannel remains.

Q. May
I purchase a Gift Certificate for E-Zzz Sleep Pillowcase?
A. Yes. Although we do not YET have a place on the Order
form, you may purchase a Gift Certificate by using our Contact Us page or by calling
us Toll Free at 877-ALL-COZY. The Gift Certificate can
be sent either to you or to the recipient's address. Our Gift Certificates do NOT expire and there are no
additional charges.

Can I cancel my order?
A. Your cancellation will be accepted without
any charge if you notify us by e-mail within 24 hours
of placing your order. After 24 hours, shipping and
handling will be in progress.

about Back Orders?
A. All colors in Standard Size should be in stock. If we find that an item is not in stock, we will contact
you. Please be sure that you have given us your correct
phone number and e-mail address on the Order Form.
We will let you know the expected arrival date of the
item you ordered, and you can decide whether you wish
to change your choice of color or wish to cancel the
order.

Q. Are all colors and sizes in stock?
A. We try to keep all colors in the Standard Size in stock. The Queen and King Sizes are available on special order although we do try to keep some in stock. We also keep several Camouflage (fleece) patterns in stock in the Standard Size and Travel Size.

Users, Campers and Travelers, we offer volume discounts

A. We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail.

I choose the shipper?
A. Yes, you can choose an alternative shipping company. We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, if you would like to requested an alternative method please contact us either prior to or immediately after you make place an order. In your contact information please include the type of shipping method you would prefer, the amount of items you are ordering and the address where they are to be shipped to. We will contact you via email regarding your request.

Q. How
much do you charge for shipping?
Even with the ever-increasing postal / freight charges, we promise to ship for a $5 flat fee, using USPS Priority Mail. The postage fee is charged in your invoice as a handling charge, this way we can guarantee your shipping rate no matter how many products you order. If you need your order sooner than the usual two - three day delivery time, there will be an additional charge.

long does it take for delivery?
A. If you order a color and size which is in stock, we can ship within a day or two and then Priority Mail takes another two to three days. If you order the Queen or King Sizes and they are not in stock, they will become a special order and we will need three weeks before shipping. If you mail a check, we will need to wait until the check clears before handling the order.

Q. How
do I return the E-Zzz Sleep Pillowcase for a full refund?
Although we have not had any returns, we have created
a 'policy' - just in case.
A. You may return the E-Zzz Sleep Pillowcase using the Statement/Invoice
which will be included in your order. We suggest that
you insure any merchandise you return. You will be refunded
the full purchase price of the pillowcase but not the
cost of shipping. You will have to pay the freight to
ship it back to us.

Q. What
do you do with the used, returned pillowcases?
A. Since we cannot resell them, we wash the pillowcases and donate them to women's shelters, homeless shelters, or wherever there are less fortunate people. It would be a shame to just discard the products when someone can benefit from their use. We will not donate them to any charity for resale.
